   • In subsystem “PATERRN DESIGN AND MODELLING”
     Constructor create Base construction in one base size using any method. Then checking fit, mating of details and table of control measurements. Then creating Model construction, derivative and auxiliary pieces, check mating of details, form addition on seam and corner cuts. Sewing experimental sample and making alteration in design.

   This is a creative work.

   CAD System GRAZIA quickly and high-quality solve all technical and routine works of Construction preproduction:

   • System automatically makes pieces in all necessaries sizes, on the necessaries national typologies and on the individual body dimensions with automation control and correction of detail’s mating in every size. Also system automatically forms Table of control measurements for all sizes.
   • System quickly and precisely reconstruct al pieces in case of changing material characteristic, refashion model and additions.
   • Conditional operator “If …, then…, else…” permit to make differences in other sizes, allow to automatically solve conditional logical situation, give boundless opportunity to realize intellectual cyclic processes.
   • In subsystem “TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION”
     Technologist creates and conducts databases of equipment, specialities, tariffs and rates, forms technological sequence and the labour-division scheme. System computes time and manufacturing cost, rate of output, quantity of workers, production time, equipment capacity, graphic of operations consistency.
   • In subsystem “MARKERS MAKING”
     marker makes economic and manufacturable layouts of pieces in a manual, automatic and semi-automatic modes. It allows to take into account the material’s pattern, a method of markers layout and technology requirements; drawing in a natural size and cutting with Automatic Cutting Devices.

   It’s need 3-4 days to provide Experiment. And this is a 60-70% of educational process.

After providing Experiment the Direction and specialist have complete information and real results of using CAD System GRAZIA and it can be compared with results of using another CAD System or hand work.
